Solicitor or Legal Executive - Private Client Department

THOMAS EGGAR - Solicitor (NQ – 2PQE) or Legal Executive

Private Client Department Location: Chichester Salary: Market Rate
We have an opportunity for a Solicitor (NQ – 2PQE) or experienced Legal Executive to join our Private Client Division based in Chichester.

The role will involved a broad mix of Private Client work including; advising clients and managing matters relating to Probate and administration of estates; advice and preparation of Wills, including Nil-Rate Band Discretionary trust wills and documents to implement such trusts. Also advice on and preparation of Powers of Attorney ad other elderly Client related matters.

The role holder will also be expected to contribute to team performance and participate in team goals and plans and support and assist partners in the Department as required. In addition they will be responsible for their own administration.
