March 2007:Staffordshire and Cheshire Regional Group

We had an enjoyable meeting on 6th March at Age Concern East Cheshire. A talk was given by Andrew Walsh of Title Research on matters relating to missing beneficiaries, dealing with foreign assets and genealogical research. Following that we had guests from Age Concern East Cheshire and Age Concern Staffordshire who each gave a short presentation on the services offered by their own particular branch of Age Concern.

We then enjoyed a buffet and had the opportunity to chat to each other and the guests from Age Concern. We will definitely be ensuring that we have a meeting like this at least once a year so that we do get the opportunity to talk to each other rather than everyone having to rush off after the meeting.
