On 3rd December 2007, Linda Pratt gave a very informative presentation to the North Wales Regional Group of Solicitors for the Elderly on the subject of “Developing an Elderly Practice and Making it Pay”. Linda is an experienced lecturer in the training and development of members of the legal profession. Her practice specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice on all matters concerning the older and elderly client and their families.
The event was well attended covered issues such as whether a particular service will make money for a firm, identifying skills gaps in staff and the importance of creating a sound business and marketing plan.
